About Yoga For Stiff Bodies - Yoga för Stela Kroppar

Sometimes advertised as Stela Män (in Sweden), this course is for anyone with a stiff or tight body, regardless of gender. It’s one of our most popular courses, and many students take it for several seasons before naturally progressing to Vinyasa Evolve. This is a beginner-friendly course (nybörjaryoga) that introduces yoga in a practical, accessible way, while also giving a gentle introduction to some basic yoga philosophy.

If you live in Malmö and are new to yoga this is a beginner-friendly course (nybörjaryoga/yoga för nybörjare) that introduces yoga in a practical, accessible way, while also giving a gentle introduction to some basic yoga philosophy.
