About

Hi, I’m Ninnie — a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Malmö, Sweden. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the past five.

My practice is rooted in years of study, including over 500 hours of training in alignment-based vinyasa and yin yoga, yet above all, I teach from a genuine love of the practice itself.

Yoga has been my anchor through life’s ups and downs — a place to breathe, feel, and simply be.

Guiding You Beyond the Asanas

I teach in-person classes at Ninnie Yoga Studio, Malmö and lead retreats locally and further afield, creating intentionally curated experiences where you can land, move, rest, and reconnect.

Guided by mindfulness, love, and compassion, my approach takes you beyond the asanas into a deeper connection with your body, mind, and life.

My Method & Philosophy

My teaching is alignment-based, holistic, and breath-led, guiding you safely through each posture while cultivating flow and awareness.

Sequences are carefully structured, progressing through repetition and mindful adjustments to support your individual practice.

Elements of yoga nidra, mindfulness, and insight meditation (vipassana) are sometimes woven into class, offering moments of deep rest and reflection.

Classes are designed to help you deepen understanding, build confidence, and experience yoga as a practice that evolves with you.

Yoga is so much more than postures.

It is about how the practice feels, how it is experienced,

and what it awakens within.

The Deeper Practice

My experience is that many of us come to yoga seeking alignment, relief from tension, or simply to feel better physically. Yet, as with my own practice and that of many students, we often stay for the transformation that reaches beyond the body — into clarity, calm, and a deeper presence of who we are.

The posture is the gateway.
Presence is the practice.
