About
Hi, I’m Ninnie — a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Malmö, Sweden. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the past five.
My practice is rooted in years of study, including over 500 hours of training in alignment-based vinyasa and yin yoga, as well as meditation practices such as Vipassana and Metta (loving-kindness). Above all, I teach from a genuine love of the practice itself.
Yoga has been my anchor through life’s ups and downs — a place to breathe, feel, and simply be, both on and off the mat. I teach in-person classes in Malmö and lead retreats locally and further afield, creating intentionally curated experiences where you can land, move, rest, and reconnect.
Guiding You Beyond the Asanas
I teach in-person classes in Malmö and lead retreats locally and further afield, creating intentionally curated experiences where you can land, move, rest, and reconnect.
Guided by mindfulness, love, and compassion, my approach takes you beyond the asanas into a deeper connection with your body, mind, and life.
My Method & Philosophy
My teaching is alignment-based, holistic, and breath-led, supporting safe, intelligent movement while cultivating flow and awareness.
Sequences are carefully structured and often built through repetition and mindful refinement, allowing space for depth, clarity, and progression in practice.
Elements of yoga nidra, mindfulness, and insight meditation (Vipassana) are sometimes woven into the practice; offering moments of rest, reflection, and integration.
My intention is to support students in building confidence, deepening understanding, and experiencing yoga as a living practice that evolves over time.
Yoga is so much more than postures.
It is about how the practice feels, how it is experienced,
and what it awakens within.
The Deeper Practice
Many of us come to yoga seeking alignment, relief from tension, or simply to feel better in the body.
Yet, as practice deepens, it often becomes something more
— a quiet shift into clarity, calm, and a deeper presence of self.
